Questions
What is the difference between a plan and a top-up?
A monthly plan gives you points every month plus more generations at once and Studio features. A top-up is a one-time purchase of points that never expire. You can have both.
How much does one picture or video cost?
It depends on the model and the settings. The Generate button always shows the price before you create.
How can I pay?
Visa or Mastercard (a card fee is added) or PromptPay QR from any bank app. Credits land as soon as the payment clears.
Can I stop the monthly renewal?
Yes, anytime, on the Billing page.
How do teams share credits?
Create an organization and invite members. The org buys a Team plan first, then tops up its shared pool from the Top-up tab in Billing. Larger orgs can get a credit line billed each cycle.
Can I use the ฿1 trial more than once?
No. It is one per account and does not renew by itself.
Do I get receipts and tax invoices?
Receipts are in Billing for every payment. Organizations can ask for tax invoices.
Prices exclude 7% VAT; card payments add a card fee at checkout. Promotions may change.
